Esfahanian eat this food together . They enjoy together , they gab together and they eat Beryan.
In Esfahan , you can't eat Beryan in restaurant, you must go to beryanie and eat good beryan.Esfahan hase a lot of good Beryanie but three beryanie is famous by the people .
I like eat Beryan at the Hakim Beryanie next to Nagshe Jahan Square.

Last night I read your text. I surprised when you said beryan is a special food of Asfahan because I thought it was a famous and common food! But how much ever I thought I could not remember what it was. I thought that's only because I'm tired. Then I looked at the picture. It was a picture like steak. I looked at it carefully but I could not still remember it. What happened for me why I could not remember a famous food? Like every time I went for my mom.
"What is beyan? Mom" I asked her with shamble. I expected her tease me to ask a foolish question like it! But she did not.
"It is special food of Esfahan." She said.
"Really! Are you sure!?"
"Yes" she said and then she explained me how it was made and what different it has with steak and then explained me why it is the special food of Asfahan .finally she asked me "how do come to this question and thought about beryan?" I smiled and said "nothing", and came back. I think it is time for me to know a little about cook!
